How to Play:
•Every time you safely support local businesses in select categories through June 8th, 2020 check a square off your bingo card. Take a picture of the product or activity. (Show receipt with date if you purchased a product).
•When you get a “bingo” (five in a row – vertical, horizontal or diagonal), you become a Local Champion and can complete the contest entry form. Email your bingo card, receipt, and pictures to NorfolkNowNE@gmail.com. Multiple entries are accepted; each bingo earned qualifies for one entry into the prize drawings.
•BONUS ENTRY: Post your purchases on social media with, “I support (name of business),” and the hashtag, #ShopTheForkChallenge, and challenge three friends to do the same. Multiple entries are accepted.
#ShopTheFork Challenge Official Rules
Eligibility: The #ShopTheFork Challenge – Social Distancing Edition is open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted.
Prizes: $25 gift card to retail store, $25 gift card to local restaurant, 2 coffee mugs, bundle of golf balls, 2 koozies, candy, and more!
Notification and Acceptance. Two prize winners will be drawn at random, and each winner will receive one of the two prize packages; the selected prize package will be determined for each winner by Norfolk Now. The Organizers will conduct prize drawings on June 8th, 2020.
Limitations of Liability: By entering the program, participants agree that (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the drawing, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved informally without resort to any formal claims, causes of action or dispute resolution proceedings; (2) any claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the drawing, but in no event attorney’s fees; and (3) under no circumstances will any participant be permitted to obtain any award for and participant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses.
